Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

WATERCHESTNUT SRL complies with Romanian and EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all labels and accessories

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable food items

  • Opened food, snacks, or beverages

  • Products with broken seals

4. Refund Procedure

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product is defective

  • The incorrect item was delivered
